II. Basic Principles of Personal Data Processing
When processing Clients’ personal data, Zlatý Garant s.r.o. adheres to the following principles:
- Processes personal data in compliance with all obligations imposed by legal regulations.
- In the course of data processing, acts fairly and transparently, striving to limit the purposes and scope of personal data processing to the necessary minimum.
- Provides Clients with information that is concise, precise, and free of unnecessary details (the text must be concise, precise, understandable, and complete without unnecessary information), ensuring that the information is comprehensible to the Client.
- Ensures that the Client does not suffer any harm to their rights, particularly the right to preserve human dignity.
- Provides Clients with information about personal data processing before initiating a contractual relationship or providing a service by Zlatý Garant s.r.o., either directly on the Client’s account; this document is also available on the website www.drbokoch.cz.
III. Purpose(s), Scope, and Duration of Personal Data Processing
1. The processor processes Clients’ personal data in the following scope:
- Client identification data, particularly name, surname, title, contact addresses, and telephone connections, for self-employed individuals also their business name, distinguishing suffix, or other designation, place of business, and identification number.
- Client contact information, especially email address, phone number.
- Information from external sources, particularly publicly available registers such as the commercial register, insolvency register.
- Information from conducted surveys, which Zlatý Garant s.r.o. uses to understand the Client’s opinions on existing products and advertisements, or to determine the Client’s interest in services.
- Information from social networks.
- Direct marketing (based on consent granted for personal data processing).
- Records of communication with Clients.
- Personal data of third parties associated with the Client, especially name, surname, title, date of birth, social security number, dental impressions processed solely for the purpose of creating dental prostheses.
2. Zlatý Garant s.r.o. processes Clients’ personal data for the following purposes:
- Execution of the contractual relationship: Personal data processing is necessary for the proper fulfillment of rights and obligations arising for Zlatý Garant s.r.o. from the contractual relationship with the Client (e.g., preparation of the contractual relationship, execution of transactions, contract performance monitoring). Zlatý Garant s.r.o. processes personal data for this purpose during the contractual relationship.
- Fulfillment of obligations imposed by legal regulation.
- Personal data processing is necessary because the processing is mandated by law or other generally binding legal regulation (e.g., fulfilling the obligation to act prudently, fulfilling notification obligations towards public authorities, fulfilling obligations related to enforcement of decisions, fulfilling archiving obligations); in particular, these regulations include:

- If the Client has granted consent to Zlatý Garant s.r.o. for personal data processing for direct marketing, our company will process the data for sending commercial and non-commercial messages to the provided email address, including the following personal data: name, surname, personal email address.
IV. INFORMATION ON PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Zlatý Garant s.r.o. may only disclose its Clients’ personal data to supervisory authorities and other entities to whom Zlatý Garant s.r.o. is legally obliged to provide personal data – particularly state authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies, supervisory authorities, executors, notaries (court commissioners), insolvency administrators, etc.
Client data for direct marketing purposes is not shared with any third parties and is exclusively processed for the direct marketing of Zlatý Garant s.r.o.

The Client has the right to request access to their personal data from Zlatý Garant s.r.o., particularly information about the processing of their personal data, including at least the purpose of the personal data processing, the scope and content of the personal data (e.g., a list), or the categories of personal data being processed, including all available information about their source, the nature of the automated processing related to its use for decision-making, if actions or decisions are made based on this processing that affect the rights and legitimate interests of the data subject, and the recipients or categories of recipients of personal data.
Right to rectification of personal data
The Client has the right to object to incorrect or unauthorized processing of personal data and is entitled to request the correction or completion of such personal data. Zlatý Garant s.r.o. is then obliged to inform the recipients of the data subject’s request without undue delay.
Rights in case of violations of legal obligations regarding personal data protection
The Client is entitled, in case of violations by Zlatý Garant s.r.o. regarding the collection or processing of personal data, to request that Zlatý Garant s.r.o. provide an explanation, cease such actions, remedy the situation, or provide an apology or other satisfaction, and that the personal data be blocked or destroyed (except for personal data that Zlatý Garant s.r.o. is required to collect and process by law).
